Currently recognised as one of the leading Energy/Projects Groups in Ireland, several exciting opportunities currently exist for Lawyers with between 2-6 years pqe in either Energy M&A or Energy Projects Transactions.
THE ROLES
Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions within the International Energy/Natural Resources Sector
Project Finance
Energy Supply & Regulation
PPP
THE PERSON
Power and Gas Project/Contract experience and Project Finance exposure would also be desirable but not essential.
There will be signifcant direct client interaction so first class business development skills will also play an integral element of this role.
High profile work on both a national and international platform is available to the successful candidate as well as a market leading salary/benefits package. Lawyers/Solicitors coming from a pure corporate environment will also be considered as there is a full training/mentoring programme in place for lawyers looking to gain experience in this sector
