Equity Derivatives 5+ £Circa £95,000 + bonus - Job Description
Broad ranging role at a leading European Investment Bank. You will provide legal advice in arrange of key business areas including, structured finance transactions and secured loans, TRS and CFD, agency and stock lending, prime brokerage and hedge funds. Amongst your key responsibilities will be to ensure that all deal confirmation including OTC and Master confirmations has been correctly prepared and fully complies with all necessary laws. You will also deliver effective support for transaction execution and all related agreements.
You will currently be either working in private practice or at another Investment Bank. You will have experience of structured equity swaps, Total Return Swaps and CFDS combined with negotiation experience of deals including the aforementioned products. Structured transaction experience is also required with any experience in hedge funds, FX or commodities being highly advantageous.
