Equity Derivatives Lawyer

The Equity Derivatives Team of our client, a top-tier US Investment Bank, are currently looking to expand their team and are therefore looking to hire a equity derivatives lawyer to join this hugely successful business line.

Responsibilities will include the following:

• Providing structuring, transactional and execution support to the Equity Derivatives Business;
• Working on structured equity and equity linked products;
• Reviewing and commenting on new and proposed laws and regulations affecting the business, as well as liaising with international colleagues.

The candidate should have the following skills:

• Current English legal qualification with at least two years relevant experience;
• International law firm background either with or without subsequent experience in a financial institution;
• Strong equity derivatives knowledge;
• Ability to work closely with the business.
