CONSTRUCTION/REAL ESTATE COUNSEL DUBAI - Job Description

THE COMPANY
This recently established real estate investment company will focus on major redevelopments within Dubai across various sectors including retail and residential. Its future strategy will be to invest in projects overseas.
THE ROLE
As a mid to senior level real estate or construction lawyer you will report into the head of legal. The legal team will grow and eventually be divided across the investment, property and hospitality sectors.
ABOUT YOU
You will be based in the region with either in-house experience from a leading real estate company or top tier law firm experience within the real estate or construction group. You will have a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience from a UK or Common law jurisdiction.
