This North West giant is set to recruit a new legal adviser to report to the board on a whole range of commercial matters. Candidates with be expected to demonstrate outstanding drafting and negotiating skills in relation to a wide range of commercial contracts including distribution agreements and IP licenses. Some appreciation of other disciplines such as employment and commercial property would also be advantageous. This role promises to be an exciting challenge. No two days will ever be the same.
