Excellent Finance opportunity for a lawyer with ca 3-5 years of pqe to join the London office of this leading international law firm with offices in all major financial centres in Europe, Asia and the US.

This is a newly formed International Project & Structured Finance Group, which derived from the international finance and projects practices. This Group's activity is mainly in the financing of the acquisition, ownership and operation of assets and projects requiring substantial capital, principally in the energy and transportation sectors. They act for various parties providing or receiving finance. The 4 main sub-categories are Project Finance, Structured Trade Finance, Property Finance and Asset Finance (including aircraft/rail).

You will arrive with excellent academics together with relevant and significant experience of acting on major, multi-party transactions, domestically or internationally or both, from working with a recognised city / large regional practice. You will also have the ability to identify and progress business development opportunities, and establishing strong client relationships at all levels.
