The Firm

My client is one of the largest regional law firms in the UK with more than 300 lawyers and other specialists ds based across the key locations of Portsmouth, Southampton, Fareham, Winchester, Oxford and London.

The Role

An opportunity has arisen for a family solicitor/partner to work in the London office. All work undertaken is privately funded. You will be a strong team player with the ability to build strong links both internally and externally. It is anticipated that much of the work will involve complex situations frequently involving substantial assets, trust and taxation issues. The work is centred on divorce-related ancillary relief work with some private child work. The caseload will inculude Cohabitation and pre-nuptial agreements, Settling divorces, advising on/resolving financial matters, dealing with children issues, collaborative law and mediation would be an advantage


Experience

My client estimate that this would suit somebody of 5 years or more experience. You will specialise in family law including ancillary relief and children. Ideally you will be an accredited panel member/specialist . You could already be a parnter looking for a chanmge of environment or an opportunity to improve your quality of workl. Alternatively you could be at associate level and ready to take the next step. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the top teams in the country.
