The opening of the firm's London office expanded its international reach, and it specialises in commercial and financial transactions (with a particular focus on energy, project finance, mergers and acquisitions and private equity) and a range of other practice areas, including international trade, litigation and arbitration.
This growing legal firm is looking to recruit a finance lawyer to join its London office. The ideal candidate will preferably have trained at an English firm and have spent 1-2 seats in a banking group during training. Ideally candidates will be familiar with facility agreements, security documents and intercreditor documents as well as having good transaction management experience. The successful candidate will assist in conventional financing transactions and will have an interest in conducting some Islamic Finance work.
Ideally candidates will have a minimum PQE of 2 years, though other candidates who feel they can demonstrate the necessary skills are welcome to apply.
