Our client, a major financial organisation based in Luxembourg seeks a finance lawyer to join their Financial Issues Division to get involved with the legal aspects of its capital markets, derivatives and treasury operations.\r\n The successful candidate will be responsible for:\r\n• Providing expert legal input for documentation relating to capital markets, derivatives and funding and treasury operations \r\n• Giving corresponding advice and taking requisite initiatives \r\n• Participating in negotiations \r\n• Researching topics relevant to current financial operations \r\n• Developing ongoing relations with the business.\r\n The lawyer will ideally have experience of capital markets, derivatives and treasury operations. The candidate will also have the ability to develop innovative legal solutions and resolve problems. This position is for a fixed period of one year. \r\n\r\n
