Finance Lawyers - Sydney

Our rapidly expanding Finance Group are currently looking for Lawyers with between 2 to 6 years post admission experience.

These hands-on roles require enthusiastic and dynamic practitioners with excellent client relationship skills and a desire to work within a cohesive and energetic group.

Opportunities exist in the:

• Corporate Finance team: work includes acting for Banks and/or Sponsors in Leveraged Finance transactions, acting for Banks and/or borrowers on bilateral funding facility arrangements, acting in Syndications
• Structured Finance team: work includes securitisation and other structured capital markets transactions, tax based finance and asset finance.
• Property and construction team: work varies from highly structured property transactions to vanilla property based transactions.

To be successful in the role you will have solid commercial banking experience and an understanding of, or strong interest in, corporate finance. An understanding of the debt and capital markets structure and operation would also be desirable and experience in a finance practice is required.

Previous exposure to market leading transactions is desirable but not essential as is property and finance law experience. You will be a team player with an ability to work independently and have a interest in building and strengthening client relationships.
