An opening for an established finance paralegal at one of the UK's leading Magic Circle law firms. A firm which has unrivalled scale and depth of legal resources across three key markets of the America's, Asia and Europe is looking for a highly motivated and methodical individual who can liase with all levels of staff across their practice areas on specific projects.
The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting lawyers and partners which will include proof reading, drafting and amending transactional documents, carrying out legal research, liasing with clients and lawyers, reviewing information and data gathered by Companies House.
It is paramount that the applicants have an impressive academic record, proven hand on experience as a transactional paralegal and demonstrate sound communication skills and boast a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word. Attention to detail is a must!
