Finance PSL (London or regions)

Our Finance & Projects Group is one of the largest in the UK. We act for a wide variety of leading financial institutions including clearing and investment banks, building societies, monoline insurers, issuers, borrowers and institutional investors. Our expertise covers all aspects of asset based finance, infrastructure and project finance, leveraged finance, real estate finance and securitisation and capital markets.
We are seeking to recruit a Finance Professional Support Lawyer to work closely with the Group. Knowledge Management in its widest sense is taken very seriously by the firm. We currently have 6 PSLs within this Group. The role will involve:
Providing the team's lawyers with technical assistance and the development of know-how/standard documents;
Assistance with external and internal publications;
Assistance with fee-earner training;
Liaison with senior members of the team to identify and exploit business development opportunities.
We will consider applications from individuals either currently working in practice (minimum 4 years post qualification experience) or working in a PSL role already. Broad finance experience is of interest as the role will cover asset finance, project finance, structured finance/DCM, trade finance and asset based lending. You will have an academically strong CV, a high level of technical expertise, excellent communication skills and you will be coming out of a well regarded practice.
