Our Financial Regulation Group advises on the regulation of areas such as corporate finance, fund arrangements, securities and derivatives as well as the supervision and regulation of banks, building and friendly societies, insurance companies and Lloyd’s. The Group also advises on regulatory investigations, market developments and practices in the financial services industry and the structuring of new financial products.
We seek applications from English qualified lawyers with financial services or regulatory experience who have a strong academic background, an agile intellect, commercial acumen and a practical, constructive approach.
