Financing Lawyers, from NQ

We are always keen to hear from good financing lawyers. Our approach to structuring our banking practice differs from that of other City firms - we maintain a multi-specialist model which allows you to experience several different areas of financing work and avoid becoming pigeon-holed.

Depending on your background and interests, your caseload might include acquisition and leveraged finance, loan finance, private equity, leasing and asset finance, project finance, debt capital markets, derivatives, securitisation, structured finance and corporate recovery and insolvency work.

You would join a group with 8/9 partners and would have the opportunity to work with all of them, enabling you to see different sorts of work and learn different strategies and styles.

We encourage our associates to take responsibility from an early stage and provide first rate training and support facilities to enable them to develop their legal, commercial and personal skills and become top class lawyers.

We seek applications from qualified lawyers with relevant experience who have a strong academic background, an agile intellect, commercial acumen and a practical, constructive approach.

We have opportunities not only for English-qualified lawyers but also those qualified, or with relevant experience, in for example, Scotland, Ireland, India, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and South Africa.
