This leading wealth management division of a bulge bracket bank is looking for a talented financial services/funds/wealth management lawyer.
You will be joining an expanding legal team and will get great exposure to the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Advising on legal risk - multi-jurisdictional
- Reviewing and drafting a variety of wealth documentation
- Building relationships with investment managers, hedge funds and high net worth individuals.

Ideally you will be a 4+ year qualified lawyer with experience in financial services. The role is of a level which would normally be suitable for individuals with 4+ years' post qualified experience, but we will consider candidates from outside of this range if they can demonstrate the necessary competencies.
