Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer is a leading legal firm, and much of our success is due to the efficient, professional support that our fee earner's received from our Personal Assistant team. We are looking for a talented administrator to cover Dispute Resolution PAs for holidays and sickness, including representing fee earners where requires and helping them to be more productive with their time.
This Float PA role will see you make a real contribution to our business, with exposure to a range of legal experience.

As a Float PA / Personal Assistant your main responsibilities will involve:
• Managing incoming e-mails, telephone calls and voicemails, including drafting appropriate replies where necessary
• Proactively managing fee earner diaries, including making appointments, arranging meeting rooms, and organising travel arrangements and expense claims
• Typing letters, correspondence and legal documentation often involving confidential material to a high standard
• Establishing a robust manual and electronic filing system, and carrying out day-to-day administrative tasks, including liaising with service departments and organising photocopying, document production and printing
• Assisting fee earners with basic and advanced technical, and undertaking internet and desk-based research including the preparation of short summaries
As a Float PA / Personal Assistant your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
• Demonstrated experience in document production, ideally from a legal or banking background
• Well developed IT proficiency, supported by strong presentation, communications and interpersonal skills
• Proven success working in a team environment
• A positive, can-do attitude supported by an evidenced desire to make the working lives of others easier wherever possible
