Fraud Solicitor - Nottingham - Job Description
As a Legal 500 rated firm, we specialise in business crime focusing on prosecutions by The SFO, HMRC, CPS, BERR and other organisations from representation at the Police Station through to trial. The firm also represents professionals in disciplinary proceedings, alongside employment and civil/commercial litigation. Our work includes private and publicly funded work.
Due to expansion, we are seeking a solicitor for our Head Office in Nottingham. We are interested in hearing from dynamic people with white collar criminal, regulatory or general criminal experience who are looking to enhance their reputation in a niche practice. Police Station accreditation would be desired although not essential.
