Funds Lawyer 6mths+ PQE - Job Description
The highly specialised asset management and investment funds practice is looking to appoint additional Irish qualified funds associates to its highly rated and busy team. Advising on the full range of legal and regulatory issues for institutional and specialist asset management firms, the team is recognised as being the leading firm in the European hedge fund sector and one of the leading investment funds practices in the UK. Focusing on hedge funds and UCITS funds and the considerable level of interest from clients in the convergence of these sectors, other areas of work on offer include private equity funds, investment trusts and all other types of investment funds, as well as advising on general legal and regulatory requirements for asset management businesses.
Applicants for this position should have trained and qualified with a leading Dublin or City firm and have at least 6 months' experience of working on funds at a top financial services practice.
We are looking for candidates at the bottom and intermediate level to fill a gap in the group for associates at these levels doing this type of work. Excellent academics are a pre-requisite, as is a highly motivated self-starting and team focused approach.
