The highly specialised asset management and investment funds practice is looking to appoint additional funds associates to its highly rated and busy team. Advising on the full range of legal and regulatory issues for institutional and specialist asset management firms, the team is recognised as being one of the leading firms in the sector.
Focusing on hedge funds and regulated funds, other areas of work on offer include property funds, investment trusts and all types of other investment funds, as well as advising on general legal and regulatory requirements for asset management businesses. Applicants for this position should have trained and qualified with a leading City firm and have at least 6 months' experience of working on funds at a top financial services practice. We are looking for candidates at the bottom and intermediate level to fill a gap in the group for associates at these levels doing this type of work. Excellent academics are a pre-requisite, as is a highly motivated self-starting and team focused approach.
