Leading international law firm seeks a UK qualified PSL with experience of private funds (such as private equity and hedge funds) to support the frim's successful investment funds practice. The role will involve assisting transactional lawyers advising on the establishment and operation of private investment funds, as well as the development and maintenance of standard forms, practice notes and client briefing notes, and ensuring transactional lawyers are updated with UK and European regulatory or other developments affecting the investment funds practice. Part-time or flexible working available.
