Our client is a sought after Magic Circle Practice with a junior (1-3pqe) vacancy for a talented lawyer who wants a varied banking practice within one of the best firms in the UK. While some specialisation is inevitable, they encourage their banking lawyers to think broadly. They believe this approach makes better and more imaginative lawyers and helps them meet the demands of a challenging market. You will work across projects in a wide range of transactions, including private equity, leveraged lending, real estate finance, corporate borrowing and restructuring.
