Generalist Locum - Job Description
This well-run local authority is looking to recruit an experienced locum solicitor, with an understanding of the local government process, to perform a valuable generalist role.
The successful candidate will require a litigation background, and, in particular, be proficient at dealing with ASBOs, benefit fraud, environmental matters, housing disputes and wide-ranging contract work. Ideal, but not essential attributes, involve knowledge of licensing issues, commercial conveyancing, data protection and employment law.
This interesting assignment is scheduled to last for a period of six months to a year, and with the potential of working remotely, will be accommodating and flexible for the correct candidate.
