BACKGROUND: Our client is a law firm that has in excess of 100 lawyers, predominantly based in its DIFC office but also throughout the Gulf including Qatar,Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.It has a phenomenal Middle Eastern client base as well international companies and law firms.
ROLE: The firm has a well respected banking practice but is in need of a senior lawyer to head up its capital markets and IPO practice. Work is plentiful and so following would not be required.
CANDIDATE: You will need to have a wealth of private practice experience and shown strength in managing more junior lawyers. Arabic is not essential, rather it is the international exposure and team management capabilities which are.
