Our client is a multi-billion dollar private investment fund, active in the C.I.S.
It is looking to appoint a Head of Legal to oversee all M&A activity and manage all litigation arising out of the fund's activities in the C.I.S. and Asia.
You will be a Western qualified M&A lawyer with excellent credentials and a strong international law firm background and ideally, with prior experience of working for a private equity fund. Prior regional C.I.S. experience and Russian language skills would be preferred but are not essential for the right candidate.
A top level of compensation is available.
