HEAD OF LEGAL BASED AT COMPANY'S NORTH WEST HQ - Job Description
Based in the North West, this position would be ideal for a confident lawyer with considerable experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts such as distribution agreements. IP / IT expertise would also be useful, as would some knowledge of foreign jurisdictions. As the head of legal, the successful candidate will regularly liaise with the other commercial managers throughout the business, playing a key role in the company's continuing growth, whilst receiving a highly attractive salary package.
