An exciting opportunity exists for a strong customer-orientated and enthusiastic Legal Executive to build and manage an in-house legal practice to help us deliver our vision. You will have daily liaison with the Board of our blue chip credit grantors handling volume Debt Recovery, including pre-legal collections, litigation and enforcement. The role would suit a hard-working FILEX. We are looking for someone with initiative, drive and a ‘hands-on approach’.
The ideal candidate will have excellent client care and client relationship skills and experience of:
• working in a successful legal team
• business development & marketing
• handling debt collection litigation procedures technical knowledge of CPR, court processes and enforcements
• handling insolvency proceedings
• operating case management systems
• working closely with clients & referrers to provide innovative solutions
• good inter-personal & organisational skills
• an excellent telephone manner
• proven negotiation skills
