Head of Reward - Abu Dhabi

With its head quarters in Abu Dhabi, our client is one of the top three banks in the region. Constantly innovating, this financial service organisation is respected by its customers, its competitors and it’s the community and they feel this comes through nurturing talent and keeping retention level high. Due to a restructure they are looking to recruit a Head of Reward to work along side the senior HR vice president.

This particular role is to lead the delivery of compensation and benefits processes across the organisation and to be involved in a wide range of reward activities, from dealing directly with the Remuneration Committee, to designing and implementing long term incentive plans and innovative bonus schemes.Key accountabilities will include:
- To create, implement and embed a total reward strategy to challenge and motivate the people
- Provide support to the VP as required
- Ongoing development of flexible benefits
- To lead communications relating to compensation and benefits
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of implementing and managing a total reward strategy a bank. Financial services experience is essential to this role. This role requires someone who is highly analytical and numerate with excellent attention to detail.
