Solicitor requred for Healthcare role. The successful candidate will have defendent healthcare experience but criminal experience may also be relevant. The role will be working on regulatory medical defence cases for doctors and dentists. This is an excellent specialist role.The successful candidate will be responsible for their own caseload, which will consist of both litigated and non litigated cases, and will be responsible for taking client instructions, preparing cases for review panels and instructing medical experts and Counsel.
