This is the change to join the busy 1st line helpdesk support team of a leading UK law firm. Working on a helpdesk of 5 analysts and a team leader you will provide 1st line applications support via the telephone and email. Working on either the 7.30 - 4pm or 9.30am - 6pm shift you will support the firm's standard desktop and associated applications.
Candidate should have knowledge of the following applications to a high level : MS Office , Ideally to MOS or MOSM level, 2003 / 2007 , MS Outlook m, IE6 / IE7 , Interwoven Desksite 8.0 , InterAction , Elite Practice Management , VPN , Windows XP Por , Blackberry.
This role would suit a talented helpdesker with a background in either legal or professional services that needed a new challenge.
