Based in the North West, candidates should have a strong background in construction. The two roles will require a thorough understanding of PFI work and the ability to operate effectively in a busy team. A confident negotiator, preferably from a mid tier law firm, you will demonstrate the ability to draft and comment upon the key contracts and subcontracts associated with the project as well as liaising with the necessary contractors, partners and authorities involved at each stage of the process.
