A friendly authority in the North East is looking for a planning expert to join their team on an ongoing locum basis. You will be assisting with an influx of files and will join a motivated team where you will handle a varied caseload of planning files. You will be responsible for drafting orders generally giving advice on the following:
Section 38 (road adoption agreements)
Section 278 agreements
Section 116 agreements
Section 106 agreements
Ideally you will have gained your experience within a public sector environment however if you have had exposure to the above areas within a private practice environment you will be considered too. Essentially you will be assisting the team as a whole with practice development initiatives using a collaborative, co-operative and open approach.
