IN HOUSE CORPORATE LAWYER, INVESTMENT BANK, BAHRAIN
A role has arisen for an in house corporate lawyer with an investment bank.
Your role will have responsibility over all the legal aspects of the ongoing businesses of the bank and funds. You will supervise and carry out the due diligence process pertaining to the acquisitions transactions that includes developing due diligence plans, establishing due diligence team, operating a data room, utilizing pre-acquisition tools from initial idea through transaction completion, determining integration questions during negotiations, pre-closing and post-closing issues, developing an acquisition plan during the pre-deal process, achieving common focus by reaching agreements on the details of each element. You will also be responsible for the all the activities involved in business deal entry to business deal exit.
The ideal candidate will have an extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, private equity and corporate finance. You must have a minimum of a bachelors degree in Law and 7 years experience in the banking industry with exposure to international law and regulations.
My client is is a leading investment bank based in Bahrain and operating in the Gulf region as well as in Europe and Asia. Their main business areas are Private Equity & Venture Capital and Real Estate & Infrastructure Development.
