In house lawyer - NQ – 3yr PQE - Nottingham

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented lawyer to join the companies existing legal team based in Ruddington Nottingham. Reporting to the Head of Legal Compliance and working closely with the business you will enjoy a diverse and challenging portfolio of legal work to include:

• Reviewing and approving financial promotions for FSA/CCA/ASA compliance
• Ensuring all credit agreements comply with legal and regulatory requirements
• Offer a range of legal advice to managers within the business and forge strong links with departments across the group
• To advise, liaise and manage a working relationship with external legal firms
• To manage and deliver departmental projects in conjunction with key members of management
• On occasion to review and advise on a variety of commercial contracts.

To succeed in this role you will be an enthusiastic lawyer with the drive and energy to work under your own initiative in a results-orientated environment.

Equally important to your success is a willingness to lend support across a wide range of areas as part of a small but close-knit team. The ability to give pragmatic advice in a fast paced environment with the confidence to be able to work independently as well as part of a team is also key.
