IN HOUSE LEGAL - CONTRACTS - CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY - LONDON

My client is a leading in construction consultancy which is going through a period of bringing most legal functions in house, as is the trend within most big businesses.

Their existing team consists of 20 legal qualified lawyers and they require another lawyer with a mixed legal and construction background to deal with none contentious matters.

The role will predominantly cover appointment reviews and negotiating of the Practice's professional appointments. This would make up approximately 95% of your time. The reminder will consist of providing advise to the Practice on legal/contractual issues arising from the various service lines, and reporting to the Risk Group on problematic appointments when issues can't be negotiated to resolution.

The successful candidate must have excellent internal and external client management skills as the role will involve liaising with the Practice's brokers and working as part of a larger legal support team.
