Our South East London Borough client requires a Housing Litigation Lawyer for at least a 3 month basis.
You will have a full and varied caseload including:
- Possession claims
- Unauthorised occupiers
- LVT
- Anti-social behaviour
- Disrepair
You will be conducting advocacy on behalf of the council for Housing and Civil litigation related matters.
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister and have solid housing experience ideally from a local authority.
