Our client, a large local authority based in the North East is keen to secure a Housing Solicitor to provide interim support while they recruit a permanent member of staff. Ideal candidates will be experienced in Local Government and will be able to handle a varied caseload. Duties will include:
Issuing Housing Tenancy enforcements
Dealing with Rent Possessions
Dealing with ASBO's
Handling own advocacy
