This profitable and dynamic Top 20 practice is currently looking to recruit a 2pqe+ Lawyer specialising in IT Project Disputes work to join their Outsourcing, Technology and Commercial Group for their London City office.
The team works with IT and telecoms suppliers and users in the resolution of issues in both the public and private sectors. The team has developed their expertise in this sector for many years and is praised by both Legal 500 and Chambers for its strengths in this area, with the team having been involved in some of the most significant cases to affect the industry in recent years.
They also provide excellent dispute resolution services for irrecoverable projects and have significant experience of all forms of dispute resolution, including mediation, expert determination, early neutral evaluation, arbitration and litigation proceedings.
