Immmigration Solicitor - Job Description
My client is a small firm based in North London, encompassing a wide range of legal areas from Conveyancing to Employment Law.
They are currently looking to expand their Immigration Department based in Enfield and are seeking an experienced solicitor to join this busy team.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate a sufficient range of knowledge to understand all types of busines/commercial applications, as well as private individual applications under the Immigration Rules and the EEA.
The role consists of attending to clients, taking instruction, providing advice and preparation of routine and complex applications, instructing counsel and representation of clients before Asylum and Immigration Tribunal.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of challenging decisions of the Home Office by Judicial Review.
This is an exciting role for an experienced Immigration Solicitor looking for a challenging case load.
