Based in their beautiful HQ offices in Edinburgh the role will report into the Head of legal and will support sales, procurement and other transactions providing legal advice for their international business.
The role will involve contract negotiations, preparing and advising on confidentiality agreements; raising issues of legal risk; managing external lawyers; conducting legal training and awareness sessions; advising on data protection issues and general legal advice.
Our client is seeking to appoint an energetic and experienced lawyer who is able to work with min. supervision. They recognise that investment in high quality lawyers is crucial to their success and therefore the rewards are very attractive.
