In-house Commercial Lawyer - Non-Regulated Business

In this key role you will provide a commercial legal service to the non-regulated businesses of the Group. As well as drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, you will also manage some related corporate work. The role will also regularly liaise with the Group’s
North American businesses. We are looking for someone with a strong background in either commercial or corporate work.

You will make a huge contribution from the start – providing expert advice across the business. It’s tailor-made for professionals with commercial acumen, high-level influencing skills, and the ability to apply the law in a broad business context. While experience in the utilities industry is desirable, what’s more important is your passion for helping shape the future of our new team.
