In-house Commercial Lawyer - Regulated Business

You will be the primary commercial legal advisor for Severn Trent Water’s regulated business, providing a variety of commercial advice. With a wide-ranging and diverse remit the role would suit a lawyer with varied experience in either commercial, corporate, joint venture or projects work. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how the utilities industry works, coupled with an appreciation of the workings of Local and Central Government.

You will make a huge contribution from the start – providing expert advice across the business. It’s tailor-made for professionals with commercial acumen, high-level influencing skills, and the ability to apply the law in a broad business context. While experience in the utilities industry is desirable, what’s more important is your passion for helping shape the future of our new team.
