My client, a skills council devoted to providing a safe, professional and fully qualified construction workforce requires a qualified Solicitor with excellent contracts skills for expanding team based in Norfolk. Responsibilities include; advising and drafting the legal arrangements for contracts with commercial and other service/product providers, act as legal in-house expert i.e. advise management on property law, contract law, public liability, Freedom of Information, Data Protection etc, Legally represent organisation, where required and provide advice to debt recovery team on legal aspects of their activities. We would anticipate the ideal candidate as having around 3 years PQE, however all candidates able to demonstrate the necessary skills will be considered. Salary to c50K + Bens
