In-house Dispute Resolution Lawyer

The role will manage litigation, including fast track and multi track debt recovery actions against domestic and commercial customers, as well as supporting the Customer Relations team through the provision of pragmatic advice on litigation and enforcement strategy. The team advises on a full range of contentious matters from contractual disputes through to contentious employment issues. A qualified solicitor or barrister, you will have significant breadth and depth of understanding of the full range of litigation, ranging from small to multimillion pound claims. A detailed knowledge of arbitration practice and procedure is also required.

You will make a huge contribution from the start – providing expert advice across the business.
