This global energy company is seeking a lawyer to provide wide ranging legal support for both existing business and new development opportunities within the UK and abroad. The role will involve drafting and analysing various forms of commercial contracts, advising on intra-group agreements to support the business international trading arrangements and dealing with acquisitions and divestments. The position will require cross team collaboration and co-ordination. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who has strong commercial acumen and an interest and willingness to participate in solving commercial issues. The successful candidate will have joint venture and project experience, commercial awareness and the ability to manage external legal resources and work effectively internationally.
