In-house Projects - Mids
In-house Projects - Mids - Job Description
Our client is a strong name in the manufacturing and services industry on a National stage.
An opportunity has arisen for the ambitious In-house lawyer to join this experienced team. Due to the continued growth of this company, and the rapid evolution of its particular industry sector within the global forum, it is now seeking to recruit an individual keen to commit to supporting its key advisers, and to progressing its vision for the future.
The ideal candidate will be a UK qualified solicitor or barrister with 2-5 years recent legal experience. The candidate should be able to exhibit broad experience of Corporate/Commercial practice, preferably in a recognised law firm. Experience of both large and small-scale projects work is required, which is likely to include an appreciation of complex commercial developments. A common-sensical approach to practical problem solving, together with sound commercial judgment and technical ability, reflects the most desirable skill-set.
The candidate will relish the challenges inherent in working for a single organisation, with a view to carving a role for themselves within an increasingly popular In-house arena, and in anticipation of gaining invaluable experience within this competitive and burgeoning industry niche.
Competitive package on offer. Likely to include pension, car option, and various other allowances and benefits.
NB: Experience or PQE levels are illustrative only and serve as a guide to candidates. We welcome applications from those with more or less relevant experience than stated since such candidates may well be of interest to us.
