Industrial Disease Solicitor

You will manage your own caseload, under the supervision of a partner, dealing with a range of claimant industrial disease matters in a specialist department. The work will be exclusively multi-track including cases arising from mesothelioma, asbestosis, pleural plaques, dermatitis, industrial asthma, occupational stress, work related upper limb disorder, industrial/occupational deafness, vibration white finger and other occupational disease matters.

We are looking for a Solicitor or Assistant Solicitor with a track record of specialising in claimant industrial disease matters. We would also consider applications from recently qualified and/or Assistant Personal Injury Solicitors who have experience of more general Personal Injury work including multi-track EL, PL and RTA and who, most importantly, have a genuine desire and enthusiasm to move into specialist industrial disease work.
