Top quality work arising from domestic and global insurance, advising on all aspects of coverage in most classes of direct insurance and facultative reinsurance including the effect of policy wordings, fraud, non-disclosure and misrepresentation. You’ll have high end coverage, commercial risk and hardcore litigation experience and be a solicitor or barrister seeking to move in to private practice.
