NQ Intellectual Property lawyer

NQ – 1 year PQE Intellectual Property lawyer is required by the highly regarded commercial practice in the City(Summer/September qualifiers welcome). The firm has established an international reputation for its intellectual property expertise and is consistently rated a leader in the field. They provide a full range of services concerned with the creation and protection of inventions, brands and trade marks, copyright and designs. Many of the lawyers within the group have a scientific or technical background enabling them to offer informed legal advice in leading edge areas of technology.

If recently qualified, you will, ideally, be undertaking IP Litigation matters at your current firm, though Commercial Litigators with a strong background will be considered.. Newly qualified candidates must have at least undertaken 1 seat in this area of law. If you have undertaken a science degree or have some sort of science background, this will be advantageous. You will also have excellent communication skills and strong commercial awareness. Successful candidates will work on a broad range of work covering all aspects of IP litigation.
