INTERIM BANKING PRACTICE MANAGER

Banking Practice Manager – London (7986)

A new opportunity has arisen for a 12 month full time interim role at an international law firm. The role is within the Banking fee-earning department but with strong ties to the HR department. You will be a core liaison point with the services department, including Accounts, HR and Facilities Management.

You will be working with the Head of Banking Department and Banking Executive Team in identifying and implementing the structural, cultural and behavioural changes necessary to lead the department to meet/ exceed its budgeted financial performance.

You will be working closely with the HR Director to ensure effective HR business to the banking department.

This role will ideally begin 1st October 2007 with a 4 week handover.
