Interim Lead Solicitor sought to undertake a high profile role within their Contracts and Property Group, playing a key role advising on the Council's major contracts.
As well as taking a lead within the Contracts and Property Group, you will work with other stakeholders in the delivery of PPP/PFI schemes and other critically important contracts, both pre and post procurement. Reviewing contracts on a regular basis, you will negotiate with other parties and draft legal documents to ensure best value and best practice.
This role will require you to work closely with senior managers, Members and the Chief Executive as a key member of the Legal Services’ team.
The successful candidate will process experience of major contracts, you will have a detailed knowledge of PFI contracts, procurement and local government law combined track record and strong leadership and influencing qualities.
